FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long after I order my items will they be shipped?  

Each item is made to order,  please allow 5-7 days for your order to be shipped.

Shipping

USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 days

USPS Priority: 2-3 days

USPS Express: 1-2 days

Do you ship outside of the US?

We do not offer international shipping to any other country at this time.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking # once you order is being prepped for shipment- as long as you entered the correct email at check out. 

 

How do I make a change after I order?

We can not guarantee changes to any order, but if you send us an email to hello@shopgenecarter.com we will do our best to accommodate your requests.  

I have not received my package, what do I do?

Please note your tracking information and contact your local post office for further investigation.

Do you take custom orders/changes?

Not at this time 

What's your RETURN and EXCHANGE policy?

If for any reason you do not love your purchase return the item in its original condition within 7 days (from day mail is received)

Postage fees and original shipping charges are non refundable

Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)

Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke smell will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 7 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determined that the merchandise does not meet our return policy.

We recommend tracking and insuring packages send back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.

*Final sale, promotional, accessories & scarves may not be returns or exchanged.
